Signhoot integrations

What it does

• Posts one short message to a channel you pick when everyone has signed
• Shows the document title (you can hide titles)
• Links back to your Signhoot dashboard

How to get started

1. In Signhoot, open Dashboard, then Integrations, then Connect Slack.
2. Approve Signhoot in the Slack window that opens.
3. In Slack, add the app to your channel by typing /invite @Signhoot.
4. Back in Signhoot, choose the channel and send a test message.

Privacy

• Signhoot never posts document contents or file links to Slack.
• Encrypted documents are announced without a title.
• You can disconnect at any time from Integrations in Signhoot or in Slack.

What it does

• Saves the signed PDF to Apps/Signhoot/Signed Documents/<year>/ in your Dropbox
• Runs only when you switch it on, and only after all signers have finished
• Lets you send a test file to check the connection

How to get started

1. In Signhoot, open Dashboard, then Integrations, then Connect Dropbox.
2. Approve Signhoot in the Dropbox window that opens.
3. Switch on "Archive signed PDFs to Dropbox".
4. Click "Send test file" and check the Signhoot folder in your Dropbox.

Privacy

• Signhoot can only access its own app folder, not the rest of your Dropbox.
• Documents protected with Signhoot encryption are never exported.
• You can disconnect at any time from Integrations in Signhoot or in Dropbox.
